Forever Sweet Bakery makes fresh, custom, and perishable products for each order. This policy explains when a cancellation, refund, replacement, or store credit may be available.
Custom, Made-to-Order, and Perishable Products
Custom, made-to-order, and perishable products are final sale once production begins. After production begins, these orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange, except as required by law.
Before production begins, any cancellation request is reviewed under the requirements for the specific product and the work already completed. If Forever Sweet Bakery chooses to make an exception, store credit may be offered only at our discretion.
Cancellations
Cancellation availability and deadlines vary by product and by whether purchasing, preparation, or production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. A cancellation is not accepted unless Forever Sweet Bakery confirms it.
A cancellation made too late for the product or its production stage does not qualify for a refund or store credit, except as required by law.
Changes to Order Details, Design, or Date
Requests to change order details, design elements, or the fulfillment date must be made at least one week before the scheduled fulfillment date. A timely request does not guarantee that a change can be made. Changes are accepted only if production work and our schedule allow.
Customer Mistakes and Missed Fulfillment
No refund or store credit is provided for customer mistakes, missed pickup, wrong or incomplete delivery or shipping information, no access or recipient for local delivery, a customer-caused delivery failure, or a late cancellation, except as required by law.
Late and missed pickup orders will be held if reasonably possible, based on the product, available storage, quality, and food-safety considerations. Handling is decided case by case. We cannot guarantee quality after the scheduled pickup time, and a perishable order may be disposed of when necessary for quality or food safety.
If Forever Sweet Bakery Makes an Error
If we make an error with your order, we will review what happened and may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or store credit depending on the nature and extent of the issue.
Reporting an Issue
Please report an issue within 24 hours when possible and no later than 48 hours after pickup or delivery. Include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and label when applicable. Waiting beyond this period may prevent us from confirming the issue or offering a remedy, except as required by law.
Shipping and Carrier Issues
Carrier delay, loss, failed delivery, and transit-damage reports are reviewed case by case. Contact us within the reporting period above and provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage when applicable. We may assist with a carrier claim.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever Sweet Bakery is not responsible for carrier delays or damage that occurs after a package leaves our care. Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
Approved Refunds and Store Credit
An approved refund will be returned to the original payment method when possible. If a refund to the original method is not possible, store credit will be provided. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
